Featuring 3 spacious private bedrooms including 1 king and 2 queen beds, 4 bathrooms and a second upstairs living area with two twin beds. Located directly on a pristine beach, enjoy ocean or bay views from every room. This charming retreat is perfect for guests seeking a cozy getaway. Relax on the screen porch listening to the waves and watching the dolphins play or step out on to the huge deck and porches to soak in the sun. Perfect house to make family memories or a beach getaway with friends. The three bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 adults with option for up to 8 guests including the two twin beds in the upstairs loft. As one of the last truly private beaches, Alligator Point is a true hidden gem.

Activities: Very quiet area. No theme parks, roller coasters, kiddie parks, etc. Shopping within 30-45 minutes; trips to Carrabelle, Wakulla, Apalachicola, East Point, Tallahassee are popular. Deep sea fishing boats leave from several local marinas. Wonderful restaurants within 15 minutes drive. Fishing from surf in front of the house this year yielded Spanish mackerel, flounder, whiting, and Redfish.

Highway 98 is the main highway that runs along the coast. Alligator Drive (Highway 370) cuts down to the peninsula just west of the big bridge over Ochlocknee Bay. Light shopping is available within 15 minutes of the house.

Weekly rental, four night minimum.
