Sea Glass Cottage

Wake up to a beautiful sunrise! Wind down with a stunning sunset as you listen to the water lap against the rocky shore line! Catch fish from your back deck! All of this and more is possible at Sea Glass Cottage. Located in the quiet coastal community of Alligator Point, Sea Glass Cottage sits on Alligator Harbor and is an easy 2/10 mile walk to public beach access and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. A Public boat ramp and a marina are only a mile away. Come explore the Forgotten Coast and find your new favorite retreat. Three spacious bedrooms and oversized bathrooms provide plenty of room to relax, unplug and unwind. The open concept kitchen, living room and dining area are well appointed with high end finishes but maintain the Old Florida comfort and charm.

Activities: Very quiet area. No theme parks, roller coasters, kiddie parks, etc. Shopping within 30-45 minutes; trips to Carrabelle, Wakulla, Apalachicola, East Point, Tallahassee are popular. Deep sea fishing boats leave from several local marinas. Wonderful restaurants within 15 minutes drive. Fishing from surf in front of the house this year yielded Spanish mackerel, flounder, whiting, and Redfish.

Highway 98 is the main highway that runs along the coast. Alligator Drive (Highway 370) cuts down to the peninsula just west of the big bridge over Ochlocknee Bay. Light shopping is available within 15 minutes of the house.

Weekly rental, four to seven night minimum depending on the season. Long term rentals available out of peak season.

BAYFRONT PROPERTY

Amazing Views

Built for family and relaxation, this private home features amazing views of Alligator Bay in a private compound away from the crowds. Pull on to the property and escape the crowds you find at other beaches. Enjoy the massive deck to relax and enjoy 4 seasons outdoor dining or take in the sound of the ocean just steps away.

The house was the perfect size for our family. We loved the back deck over the bay where we could fish and watch the sun go down. The beach access is just down the street and is in walking distance. Be prepared to cook or drive a while to an area with limited choices. Definitely a great place to unplug and relax.

GUEST, SEPTEMBER 2021

The cottage was clean, peaceful and had easy access to the beach. The new owner also went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We’ve been coming to Alligator Point for a few years now and love it!
