BEACHFRONT PROPERTY

Amazing Views

Alligator Point is a narrow spit of land about 4 miles long. Most maps don’t list it. Years ago, the area was called ‘Lighthouse Point’ before it was developed. Our house is at the most narrow part, thus the gulf-to-bay location. Our back yard is the Gulf of Mexico; our front yard is Alligator Bay. Nice easy sand path through the dunes to the beach….the bay is accessible in the front of the house and we recently added a 420′ dock for fishing and boat mooring available upon request (inquire for details).

What more can you say, but wow. The property does live up to its pictures and description. The location and house was just perfect. From the kitchen being stocked with pots, pans, and plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware for all 13 of us, to linens, and beach chairs nothing was overlooked. All the hand made items, from tables, to lighting, it was all very unique and you would not find it in another home.
The location right on the beach was what we were looking for. Everyone had a great time just walking up and down the beach during the day. The shells we saw were awesome, there was starfish, and everyone enjoyed watching the dolphins during the day.

The owner went above and beyond in making sure all was perfect for our week stay. There was welcome letter upon arrival, he stop by and doubled checked on us during the week, it truly was a pleasure to have the communication.
We are already looking for dates for our next trip to Alligator Point and if the house is not available we will change our dates for our next trip to be able to stay at the property.
